Treat your father (or yourself) to something he’s always talked about doing. Or join him in the course for a special Father’s Day in Japanese joinery 1-day course at Trellick Tower in London, UK! (If you also just want to join on this day without paternal reasons, you’re very welcome!)

The one day course (7hrs) is hands-on learning of some basic Japanese carpentry techniques. The course is designed to teach you some fundamentals in using hand tools to make a tight-fitting joint only from wood.

Timber, Japanese saws, chisels and other required tools are provided. Feel free to bring your own Japanese tools to try. We will be making a typical housing joint.
